A MESSAGE FROM BRIAN...

Hello everyone!  Welcome to the Grade 1&2 class. 

My name is Brian Candido and I am the Grade 1&2 teacher at Titotay Memorial School.  I am originally from Sault Ste. Marie, ON.  I am enjoying my time in Cat Lake and have already met so many great people!

Well, we have been in school for almost a month now and the students are really getting back in the swing of things.  I am very pleased with how much we have accomplished so far.  All of the students deserve a pat on their back for all their hard work!  We are busy reviewing Language and Math concepts from the previous year.  We completed several activities developed around the big book "It Looked Like Spilt Milk".  We are also having fun exploring the changes the Fall season brings through a theme unit on trees and leaves.  We will be starting new units in Science and Social Studies soon. 

We have a lot of work ahead of us, but we will have a lot of fun along the way!
